Roof cavity rodent treatment: rats, not a possum
Loud noises overhead and no way to tell what was up there. The inspection confirmed rats — droppings through the roof space and chewed pipe lagging — and the outside of the house explained why: pooling water by the tank and an open gap at the air-conditioning services. Quiet at the three-week follow-up.

Dead rodent removal: an odour traced to a wall cavity
A smell nobody could place made one workspace unusable. Fly activity above the kitchen cupboards narrowed it to a wall cavity, a camera confirmed the source, and we removed it, treated the odour and sealed the access point. Now on a monthly rodent program.

Stage 1 termite treatment: live baiting under an engineered timber floor
A hollow-sounding floor led to a full inspection that confirmed live termites at two separate entry points — under the veranda and sliding door, and at an older external door jamb. Bait went in at both. Three weeks later it was being actively consumed.

Commercial rodent control: live mice in a tenanted roof cavity
A tenant reported rodent activity overhead, and there was evidence outside the building too. The inspection found chewed material through the roof space and live mice. We baited the roof cavity and the external perimeter, and came back at one month to significant bait take. Now on a monthly program with no reported activity.

Commercial cockroach treatment: traced to the grease trap
A café owner reported heavy cockroach activity at the rear of the premises. Instead of treating what was visible, we inspected for the source — and opened a grease trap holding hundreds of large cockroaches. Dust into the harbourage, residual around the surrounds, now on a biannual program.
