The first two weeks
You may see more cockroaches or spiders out in the open for a while. That means the treatment is working and flushing them out of hiding. Leave gel bait spots alone so they keep working.
Whole-home pest treatment for Sydney houses, units and townhouses. Inside, outside, roof void and subfloor, from $89 with a 6-month warranty.
Real, verified feedback from people we've helped — straight from Google.
Most Sydney homes don't have just one pest. German cockroaches breed behind the fridge, black house spiders web the eaves, ants trail along the skirting, and rats shelter in the roof over winter. A proper residential treatment deals with all of them in one visit, not the one you happened to notice.
Our licensed technicians inspect first, then treat the places pests actually live: kitchen and bathroom cracks, wall voids, the external perimeter, eaves, the roof void and the subfloor. We use APVMA-registered, low-toxicity products applied to label, so your family and pets can get back to normal quickly.
Every general treatment comes with a fixed price confirmed before we start, a written service summary and a 6-month warranty. If covered pests come back, so do we, at no charge.
A general pest treatment covers cockroaches, ants and spiders across the whole property, not just one room.
Targeted treatment of skirting gaps, cupboard hinges, wall voids and service penetrations where cockroaches and ants hide.
Professional gel baits placed in hinges, behind appliances and under sinks. Cockroaches carry the bait back to the nest.
A residual treatment around the foundations, window and door frames and weep holes, which stops pests getting in.
Insecticidal dust through the roof space for spiders and cockroaches, plus a check for rodent droppings and termite activity.
Where there is access, we treat the subfloor, the area under the house where spiders, cockroaches and rodents shelter.
Spider webs and egg sacs removed from eaves, pergolas and fences, then treated so they don't simply rebuild.
Most infestations are well established before anyone sees a pest in daylight. Book a treatment if you notice any of these.
Pepper-like specks in cupboard corners and a musty, oily smell point to an active German cockroach colony.
Lines of ants along benches, window sills or skirting mean a nest is close by, often inside a wall or under paving.
Fresh webs in eaves, garage corners and outdoor furniture every morning, especially funnel-web or redback activity.
Scratching at night, droppings in the roof space, or gnawed wiring and stored boxes are signs of rats or mice.
Mud tubes on walls or piers, bubbling paint or skirting that sounds hollow need a termite inspection straight away.
Itchy bites around ankles or a scratching pet often means fleas. Welts in a line on waking can mean bed bugs.

Sydney's warm, humid summers and mild winters let cockroaches, ants and termites stay active almost all year.
Homes near parks, reserves and creek lines see more spiders, termites, ticks and possums moving in.
Cockroach droppings and shed skins are known asthma and allergy triggers. Rodents contaminate food and surfaces.
Termite damage is generally not covered by home insurance, so regular inspection protects the value of your home.

The technician finds where pests are hiding and entering, and checks the roof void and subfloor where there is access.
Gel baits and targeted crack-and-crevice treatment in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and living areas. No blanket spraying of living spaces.
A residual perimeter barrier, eaves and web removal, plus roof void and subfloor dusting where accessible.
You get re-entry times, prevention tips, a written service summary and your 6-month warranty.

|---|---|---|
| Freestanding house | Perimeter barrier, eaves, roof void and subfloor, plus the kitchen and bathrooms | Add a termite inspection, since timber-framed homes are most at risk |
| Apartment or unit | Kitchen and bathroom gel baiting, and service risers where cockroaches travel between units | Recurring cockroaches may be coming from common property; ask about a strata program |
| Townhouse or villa | Shared walls, garages, courtyards and roof spaces | Neighbouring units treated together get longer-lasting results |
| Rental / end of lease | Full general treatment plus a flea treatment where pets lived | You get a dated receipt for the agent and bond claim |

A few minutes of preparation makes the treatment reach further and work faster.
You may see more cockroaches or spiders out in the open for a while. That means the treatment is working and flushing them out of hiding. Leave gel bait spots alone so they keep working.
Normal cleaning is fine, but avoid wiping skirting and bait spots for about a week. Don't hose the external perimeter barrier, and hold off pressure-washing for a few weeks.
Fix dripping taps, keep food sealed, trim plants back from walls and keep firewood and rubbish away from the house.
If covered pests are still active after two weeks, or come back within the 6-month warranty, call 1300 313 373 and we will return and re-treat at no charge.
From Federation terraces in the Inner West to new estates in the Hills and bushland blocks on the Northern Beaches, every Sydney home has a different pest profile. Joined terraces share roof voids and wall cavities, so cockroaches and rodents move between neighbours. Homes backing onto reserves see more funnel-webs, ticks and termites. Newer brick-veneer homes often have ants coming in through weep holes and slab edges.
Our technicians adjust every treatment to the building in front of them, and tell you honestly when a problem needs more than a general spray, such as a termite inspection, rodent program or pest proofing.

Get a Free QuoteGeneral pest control for a Sydney home starts from $89. The final fixed price depends on the size of the property, whether the roof void and subfloor need treating, and how heavy the infestation is. You get the price before any work begins.
No. A general treatment covers cockroaches, ants and spiders inside and around the home. Termites need a timber pest inspection and a specialised treatment. Rodents, bed bugs, fleas, possums and wasps also have their own targeted treatments, which can be added in the same visit.
Most houses take 45 to 90 minutes and most apartments less than an hour. Larger homes, or ones with roof void and subfloor access, take longer.
Usually only while the interior is being treated and until surfaces are dry, generally a few hours. Your technician confirms the exact re-entry time on the day, based on the products used.
Yes, when applied correctly. We use APVMA-registered, low-toxicity products placed in cracks, voids and bait points away from where children and pets play. Keep pets outside or away until surfaces are dry, and cover fish tanks.
That is normal for a few days to two weeks. Treatment drives cockroaches out of hiding before they die. If activity is still heavy after two weeks, call us and we will review it under your warranty.
For most Sydney homes, once every 12 months keeps cockroaches, ants and spiders under control. Homes with pets, next to bushland or with a history of infestation often do better every 6 months.
Normal cleaning of benches and floors is fine once surfaces are dry. Avoid mopping along skirting boards, wiping gel bait spots or hosing the external perimeter for about a week, so the treatment keeps working.
It is worth it. Australian Standard AS 3660.2 recommends termite inspections at least every 12 months, and booking both together saves a second visit.
If cockroaches, ants or spiders covered by your general treatment return within 6 months, we come back and re-treat at no charge. The warranty conditions are confirmed in writing with your service summary.
