Cockroach Control
Fast, lasting cockroach extermination for kitchens, bathrooms and commercial sites.
Towers, bars, kitchens and heritage terraces inside three kilometres of the GPO — we treat the CBD and the inner-city ring, out of hours where the business needs it.
Real, verified feedback from people we've helped — straight from Google.
The city is the one part of Sydney where the pest problem is almost never about the address you call us to. Fifteen suburbs from Sydney itself out to Glebe and Eveleigh, eight postcodes between 2000 and 2037, all inside the City of Sydney, and nearly all of it built vertically and shared.
That is the thing to understand. A tower connects every floor with service risers, a garbage chute and a basement bin room. A heritage building has voids and disused chases behind a modern fitout. A terrace shares its roof space with the three next to it. So when a cockroach problem appears in a thirtieth-floor apartment, the population is usually living somewhere with no windows at all — and spraying the apartment buys a few weeks.
Then there is the food. The CBD, Surry Hills, Darlinghurst and Haymarket carry one of the densest hospitality concentrations in the country, operating around the clock. Grease, waste and loading docks run continuously, and the heated buildings mean there is no winter lull — pest pressure in the city is effectively flat all year rather than seasonal.
We work the city accordingly: scoped to the building, scheduled around trade, and reported in writing.
The district is compact and we are in it constantly, which makes same-day attendance and out-of-hours commercial work straightforward to arrange.
City venues cannot stop trading for a treatment. We work before opening, after close and overnight, with access agreed in advance.
We treat your unit and quote building management for the chutes, bin rooms, risers and basement car parks that actually hold the population.
Scheduled programs for restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels with written reports in the format council environmental health officers expect.
Hotels and serviced apartments need monitoring, not a one-off visit. We treat adjoining rooms, not just the one reported.
What actually drives pest activity in the city, and why building access decides the outcome.
Start with waste. Westfield Sydney, Central Park Mall, Broadway Shopping Centre and the hospitality strips through Surry Hills, Darlinghurst and Haymarket concentrate food waste into shared, below-ground handling. Loading docks and bin rooms are warm, sheltered and close to food, which makes them the single most reliable rodent harbourage in the district.
Then transport. Central station, Barangaroo station and the rail and light-rail corridors through Ultimo, Chippendale and Eveleigh carry drains and service structures that rodents use to move between blocks, entirely independent of any one building's housekeeping.
Open space does less work here than elsewhere but still matters — Observatory Hill Park, Prince Alfred Park, Ward Park and the Moore Park edge hold irrigated turf and garden beds that keep ants active, and the harbour foreshore at Barangaroo, Dawes Point and Millers Point adds moisture against older stone and brick.
The constant is construction. Something is always being excavated in this city, and every dig displaces an established rodent population into whichever building is standing next to it.
Landmarks we work around: Westfield Sydney, Central station, Central Park Mall, Broadway Shopping Centre, Observatory Hill Park, Barangaroo station, Prince Alfred Park, Moore Park Golf Club, Sydney Harbour National Park, Ward Park, Westfield 111 Castlereagh, Darling Harbour.
General pest control in the city starts from $89 for apartments. Commercial work — restaurants, bars, hotels, offices — is quoted on floor area and visit frequency rather than a flat rate, because a weekly service on a busy kitchen is a different commitment from a quarterly on a small office.
Bed bug work and whole-of-building programs are quoted after inspection. Termite inspections start from $159, though in a district this heavily concrete-framed they matter far less than they do elsewhere in Sydney.
Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Haymarket, Ultimo, Pyrmont and the CBD itself generate most of our city work, with Glebe and Chippendale steady on the residential side.

Every city suburb below has its own page with local postcodes, landmarks and the pest pressure specific to that pocket.
Shared, vertical, food-dense and never quiet — the four conditions that define city pest work.
Risers, chutes and ducts connect every floor of a tower, so a cockroach problem on one level is rarely contained to that level.
Venues packed into a few blocks generate continuous waste, and pests move between premises through shared service lanes and walls.
High guest turnover makes bed bugs a standing exposure that needs monitoring rather than a single reactive treatment.
Older stone and brick buildings carry cavities and disused service chases that give pests undisturbed harbourage behind modern fitouts.

Every treatment we run, available across the CBD and inner city — towers, restaurants, hotels, offices, warehouses-turned-apartments and terraces.
Fast, lasting cockroach extermination for kitchens, bathrooms and commercial sites.
Heat and chemical bed bug treatments that clear infestations the first time.
AS 3660.1-compliant termite barrier systems installed during the build to protect new homes for decades.
Termite pressure here is shaped by round-the-clock hospitality, shared service risers and basement loading docks — what that means for the timber in Sydney CBD & Inner City homes, and what we actually check.
Termites are the one pest where the city gets an easy run, and it is worth being honest about that rather than selling inspections nobody needs.
The CBD and the newer inner-city towers are overwhelmingly concrete-framed, which gives subterranean termites very little to work with. If you own an apartment in a modern Barangaroo, Pyrmont or Haymarket building, termite risk is genuinely low and we will tell you so.
Where it does matter is the older stock: Victorian and Federation terraces through Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Glebe, Chippendale and Darlington with suspended timber floors and original structural timber, and warehouse conversions that retained substantial timber posts, beams and flooring — often now enclosed behind new linings where nothing is visible and nothing dries out.
For those buildings an inspection from $159 is worthwhile, and we pay particular attention to where new work meets old timber. For a concrete tower, we would rather you spent the money on the bin room.
We assess the property, identify the pest, locate harbourage and entry points, and confirm the extent of the problem.
You receive a clear, fixed-price plan scoped to your property — no guesswork and no hidden costs.
Licensed technicians apply targeted, pet & child safe treatments designed to eliminate the source.
We monitor results, give prevention advice, and back the work with a 6-month warranty.

Get a Free QuoteBecause the population is almost certainly not in your apartment. In towers, cockroaches live in the garbage chute, bin room and service risers and move into units from there. Treating one apartment reduces what you see for a few weeks and then it refills. We treat inside with gels and baits and can quote building management for the common areas, which is what actually ends it.
Yes — that is how most of our city commercial work is done. We attend before opening, after close or overnight, with access arranged in advance. Every visit comes with a written report of areas inspected and treated, bait station activity and recommendations, in the format environmental health officers expect.
General pest control starts from $89 for apartments. Commercial premises are quoted on floor area and visit frequency, because a weekly program for a busy kitchen is a different job from a quarterly office service. Bed bug and whole-of-building work is quoted after inspection.
Usually not. Modern CBD and inner-city towers are concrete-framed and termite risk is genuinely low — we will say so rather than sell you an inspection. Older terraces through Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Glebe and Chippendale, and warehouse conversions with retained structural timber, are a different matter and worth checking.
With monitoring rather than reaction. High guest turnover means bed bugs will arrive periodically no matter how well the property is run. We inspect on a schedule, treat the reported room and the rooms adjoining it, and give you documentation. Treating only the room that complained is how a property ends up with a recurring problem.
Entirely normal, and one of the most common calls we take in the city. Excavation destroys burrows and that population relocates into the nearest standing building. The fix is exterior baiting plus proofing the entry points, because the pressure continues until the site settles.
