Elite Pest & Termite Solutions (ABN 65 615 234 305) — “we”, “us” or “our” — provides pest control and termite management services across Sydney, New South Wales. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and how you can access it, correct it or make a complaint.

- Details of the pest problem you are reporting
- Booking, inspection, treatment and warranty history
- Invoicing and payment details (we do not store full card numbers)

We do not collect sensitive information such as health, racial, religious or political details, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

If you choose not to give us the information we ask for, we may not be able to quote for or carry out the work.
5. Marketing and how to opt out
We may send you service reminders and occasional offers by SMS or email. Every message includes a way to opt out, and you can also reply STOP or email us at any time. We do not sell or rent your details to third parties for their own marketing.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and to understand how it is used.
- Microsoft Clarity — session analytics that record pages viewed, clicks and scrolling so we can improve the site.
- Google — search and analytics services.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we advertise on Meta platforms. If you interact with our ads or submit one of our lead forms, Meta may use that activity to measure and target advertising in line with its own policies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of this site may not work as well if you do.
8. How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information: access controls on our systems, encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this website, and limiting access to the staff who need it to do their job. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information sent over the internet.
9. How long we keep it
We keep customer and treatment records for as long as we need them for the purposes set out above and to meet our legal obligations — generally at least seven years for financial records, and for the life of any warranty we have issued. We destroy or de-identify information we no longer need.
10. Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. If we refuse your request, we will tell you why in writing.

12. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers — website hosting, analytics, email and advertising platforms — store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information in a way consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
