Termite Control in Eagle Vale

What makes Eagle Vale different

Eagle Vale sits in Macarthur, a fast-growing outer south-western district of established towns and major new estates. Brick family homes from the 1970s and 80s sit beside large new house-and-land estates, nearly all slab-on-ground with big roof voids and landscaped gardens over reactive clay soils.

Estates built on cleared farmland inherit the colonies already in that soil, and reactive clay cracks a barrier underground where nobody can see it.

Being 41.2 km south-west of the CBD, Eagle Vale is well inside our standard service area with no travel surcharge.

In this part of Sydney we mostly deal with rodents, cockroaches, spiders and ants, and termites are a constant among them.

Termite damage is not covered by household insurance, which is the part most Eagle Vale owners find out too late. An annual inspection costs a fraction of one repair bill.

How we treat it in Eagle Vale

We start with a full inspection of the sub-floor, roof void where it is accessible, garden, fences and outbuildings, then work out whether baiting or a soil treatment suits what we find. You get a written report either way.

Jobs in Eagle Vale take us past Eagle Vale Marketplace, Leumeah station, Brady Park, Eschol Park Sports Complex and Macarthur Grange Country Club on a weekly basis.

Because Eschol Park, Claymore, Kearns and Woodbine are all within a few minutes of Eagle Vale, we can usually attend the same day.

Everything inside postcode 2558 is covered, from the Eagle Vale shops out to the Eschol Park boundary.

Plenty of our Eagle Vale work sits within walking distance of Macarthur Grange Country Club.

Termite treatment starts from $179 and a full timber pest inspection from $159. Treatments carry a 6-month warranty and we re-inspect annually.
